Louis Lombardo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and management. Currently serving as a Partner at Meister Seelig & Fein PLLC since March 2016, Louis previously held the position of Partner at Lombardo Dufresne LLP from April 2006 to February 2016. In addition to these roles, Louis was the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Kadmon Holdings, Inc. from January 2011 to May 2015 and served as Counsel at Kaye Scholer LLP from March 2000 to April 2006. Louis holds a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Wagner College.
