Plamen Vasilev has extensive experience in security management and law enforcement, currently serving as Security Director at VIVACOM since March 2011 and as the manager of Vivacom Net (BTK NET) EOOD since February 2011. Prior roles at the Ministry of Interior from August 1997 to September 2010 include Director of Policy, Deputy Director of Policy, Head of Department Police, and Head Expert Sector ā€œMurdersā€ of Police. Plamen Vasilev holds a higher degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from a technical university, completed between 1987 and 1992.
