Firdausi Farhana currently serves as an Assistant Manager in Culture Development at PT Bukit Asam Tbk since September 2022, after holding various roles in the field of culture strategy and development at Mining Industry Indonesia. Previous experience includes serving as a Construction Project Manager Associate at PT Bukit Asam Tbk, where responsibilities involved designing and managing infrastructure projects. Firdausi began the career as a Project Management Officer at Ruangguru and completed an internship with Indonesia's Ministry of Public Works and Housing, contributing to irrigation research. Academic qualifications include participation in the Global HR Leaders Program at NUS Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from IPB University.
