Steven Kleingeld is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as the Head of Remuneration and Benefits at Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited since October 2020. Prior to this role, Steven held multiple managerial positions in Remuneration and Benefits at AngloGold Ashanti from 1985 to 2015, where responsibilities included staffing, payroll, policy development, HR systems management, and bonus management. Steven holds a B Tech degree in Human Resource Management from Bloemfontein Technicon, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
