Alma Madina is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Bukalapak since July 2021, focusing on the CFO & President Directorate and AlloFresh Joint Venture Company, where responsibilities include strategic HR consultancy and data-driven decision-making initiatives. Previous roles include consultant positions at Robert Walters and thyssenkrupp, as well as internships across various organizations such as Holcim Indonesia and the Central Bank of Indonesia. Alma holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Indonesia and has completed a summer course in Economics and Sustainable Development at NIDA Thailand.
