Drew Shea has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2016 as Bag Staff at The Country Club of Fairfax. The following year, they were an Intern at the same company. From 2018 to 2020, they held various roles including Server & Food Runner at Westwood Country Club and Product Management Intern at RBmedia. In 2020, they also held roles as Business Development Representative at First Insight, Inc. and Product Management Intern - Audiobooks.com (Now Part of Storytel). Most recently, in 2022, they became an Associate Product Manager at BuildWithin. Additionally, in 2020 they were a Team USA Nordic Skier, representing the US at the 2022 Beijing Winter Games and other international events.

Drew Shea obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management & Business Administration from the University of South Carolina from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended St. Paul VI Catholic High School from 2012 to 2016. Drew also holds a Scrum: Advanced certification from LinkedIn, obtained in October 2022, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
