Esra Erciyas is an experienced product manager with a strong background in B2C payments and digital product development. Currently serving as a Product Manager at commercetools since March 2022, Esra previously held the same role at iyzico, focusing on product strategy and iterative refinement from ideation to launch. Prior experience includes tenure at Vodafone, where Esra led the creation of cross-promotion loyalty platforms and implemented agile methodologies, as well as positions in digital growth analysis and reporting. Esra began a professional journey as a Digital Experience Intern at Yapı Kredi. Esra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business & Management from Marmara University and completed a program at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®.
