Matt Payne has over a decade of experience in retail management and human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Manager and District Manager at Build-A-Bear Workshop since April 2015, overseeing 23 retail stores across the South of England, Wales, and Ireland. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at Iceland Foods from February 2011 to April 2015, including Area Manager and Area HR Manager, managing significant sales and providing HR support for multiple stores. Earlier in Matt's career, positions at Mothercare and Early Learning Centre contributed to a solid foundation in retail management and operational leadership. Matt Payne holds a CIPD Intermediate diploma in HR Management (Level 5) from BUSEC, completed in 2012.
