Kimberly Outlaw, MBA, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Associate Manager of Human Resources at Milwaukee Tool since July 2021, after holding the position of Human Resources Specialist. In addition, Kimberly is the Chief Executive Officer of I Deserve Better Coalition, a nonprofit organization focused on raising awareness about domestic violence and fostering safe environments for families. Prior experience includes work as a Prevention Specialist at Mallory Community Health Center, where responsibilities involved educating youth and the elderly on substance abuse issues, as well as serving as a Human Resource Clerk, managing administrative tasks and human resources documentation. Kimberly is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Human Service in Leadership and Organizational Management at Capella University and holds an MBA in Management from Mississippi Valley State University, where a Bachelor of Science in Biology was also attained.
