Tareq K. has worked for multiple companies in various roles. Tareq started their career at Ellie Mae as a Cisco UC Collaboration Engineer in 2017. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Applications Support Engineer at Satellite Healthcare / WellBound. In 2019, they joined Quinn Company as an IT Support Tech ll, and later became a Sr. IT Support Tech from 2020 to 2021. In 2020, they also worked as a Security Researcher at both HackerOne and Bugcrowd. Currently, Tareq is employed at Ventura Foods, where they have held positions as an Information Security Analyst - IAM from 2021 to 2022, Information Security Engineer - IAM from 2022 to 2023, and currently works as a Sr Information Security Engineer - IAM.

Tareq K. attended Riverside City College from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Physics and Mathematics. After that, they enrolled at Stanford University in 2015 and completed their studies in 2016. Tareq pursued Engineering Physics/Applied Physics during their time at Stanford, although they did not obtain a degree. In addition to their educational background, Tareq obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in March 2021.
