Alexis Ploix is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in after sales and customer service within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Global Director After Sales & Customer Service at BUGATTI, Alexis has also held the position of Acting Group Head of After Sales at Bugatti Rimac. Previous roles include Customer Loyalty Manager for the European region at Mercedes-Benz AG, Aftersales Development Manager for Mercedes-Benz France, and various managerial positions at Daimler Chrysler, including Dodge Brand Manager. Alexis holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from NEOMA Business School, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
