Maria Alice Costa currently serves as a Customer Success professional at ClubPetro since October 2023. Previously, Maria held the position of Production Analyst at Afere Motores Elétricos from April 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included production planning and control for five areas, client management for commercial quotes and payment follow-up, technical reporting, and financial results management utilizing Excel and Power BI. Prior to this, Maria worked as an intern at ArcelorMittal from July 2019 to April 2021, managing supplier portfolios through SAP and Excel. Additionally, Maria contributed to the social entrepreneurship sector with INCOP from July 2018 to May 2019, focusing on technical advisory and project development. Maria holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Ouro Preto, completed in 2022.
