Kelly Williams is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Board Trustee at Sport Auckland since March 2021 and as a Senior Associate at Buddle Findlay since April 2018. Kelly specializes in a wide array of financing transactions, offering expertise in property finance, corporate finance, acquisition finance, trade finance, and other related fields. Previous roles include Senior Associate positions at DLA Piper NZ and Simpson Grierson, as well as Senior Legal Counsel at Fisher and Paykel Finance. Kelly holds an LLM (Hons) from The University of Auckland and an LLB (Hons) from Victoria University of Wellington, alongside a foundational education at Wellington Girls College.
