Aubrey Minnich currently serves as the Employee Engagement Program Manager at BTAS, Inc., a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Aubrey was the Human Resources Director at Scott Industrial Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included strategic planning for organizational culture, talent management, and HR compliance. Aubrey has also held the position of Business Office Manager at Heartland Homehealth & Hospice, managing business operations and human resources for one of America's largest healthcare providers. Earlier experiences include roles as a Certified Personal Banker at J.P. Morgan, a Barista at Starbucks, and a Distance Education Assistant at Wright State University. Aubrey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Wright State University, completed in 2015.
