Rukmini Baruah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product operations and technical program management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Operations at Carbon Health since May 2021, Rukmini has played a pivotal role in establishing the Product Operations function during a period of rapid growth. Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Director of Operations at Firefly, where responsibilities encompassed launching new markets and navigating the challenges posed by Covid-19. Rukmini has also held influential roles at HyreCar Inc., including Director of Technical Program Management, contributing to the company's successful IPO and overseeing various operational verticals. In addition to operational leadership roles, Rukmini served as an Executive Board Member at UTSAH, focusing on child welfare, and began a career in engineering with Wang Technology LLC. Rukmini holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
