Michael Garmaker is a Senior Manager in Product Operations at HealthPartners, with a career spanning from February 2006 to the present. In this role, Michael develops innovative solutions for large employers, leveraging expertise in benefits, medical coding, and health insurance to effectively bridge organizational gaps. Previous positions at HealthPartners include Project Coordinator for Claims Systems, Supervisor of Appointment Center Operations, Team Lead for the Appointment Center, and Appointment Center Scheduling Assistant. Michael also serves as a part-time Tax Manager with Prepare + Prosper, managing volunteer teams to assist low and moderate-income clients with tax preparation during tax season.
