Elaine Gresham has been in the aerospace industry for over 20 years. Elaine began their career at Futron Corporation in 1997 as a Program Manager. Elaine then moved to The Tauri Group in 2004, where they served as a Senior Program Manager. In 2017, they joined BryceTech as the Director of the Space Division, and later became a Senior Program Manager.

Elaine Gresham holds a Master of Arts degree in Science, Technology, and Public Policy from The George Washington University, which they earned between 1996 and 1998. Elaine also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs and East Asian Studies from American University, which they earned between 1992 and 1996.
