Bronte McMahon has been the Chief of Staff at Canvas8 since January 2017, where leadership of the Operations team encompasses support for strategic business initiatives alongside the Founder/Managing Director. Responsibilities include enhancing company structure, optimizing processes, and providing operational insights to senior leadership. Prior roles at Canvas8 include Associate Director of Operations, Business Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to the Founder, People Operations Coordinator and Executive Assistant, and Team Administrator, focusing on administrative tasks, recruitment assistance, and development of company processes. Bronte also gained experience in office administration at Covent Garden Bureau. Bronte holds a Master of Environmental Management in Sustainable Development from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from QUT.
