Stephanie Cozzone, MBA, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and organizational management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist and Recruiter at Brunswick Electric Membership Corporation since November 2021, Stephanie has previously held various significant roles at Rowan University, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Compensation, Classification and Staffing. Stephanie's earlier experience includes roles in human resources at Comcast Cable and Nine West Group. Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Rowan University.
