Michelle R. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Michelle started their career as a Human Resources Business Partner at Aster Group UK in 2011 and remained in that role until 2017. In 2017, they took a break from corporate life and returned to work in 2018 at Brunelcare, where they first served as the Head of HR Business Partnering until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People & Development at Brunelcare, focusing on people development and continuous improvement.

In 2003-2004, Michelle obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice from the City of Bath College, where they studied Human Resources Management.
From 2004-2007, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (Human Resources Management and Services) from the University of the West of England.
In 2023, they obtained a Certificate in Housing Practice from the Chartered Institute of Housing.
In addition to their formal education, Michelle also received additional certifications. In 2008, they obtained IOSH Managing Safely from NEBOSH. In 2015, they completed the Train the Trainer program offered by the Chartered Management Institute. Furthermore, in 2016, Michelle obtained the Mental Health First Aid Standard (2 day) certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
