Meri (Rundio) Schroeder is a skilled Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Director and previously as Talent Sourcing Director at the American Heart Association, Meri has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and HR management. Prior experience includes directorial and recruitment positions at The Forum at Knightsbridge, as well as an aerobic instructor role at Continental Athletic Club and a Human Resources Assistant position at CompuServe. Meri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Franklin University, earned between 2000 and 2004, alongside foundational education from Whetstone High School, completed from 1979 to 1982.
