Haotian Luo is currently a Research Assistant at the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies, starting in July 2023. In addition, Haotian serves as the Under-Secretary-General of the General Assembly for the Brown University Simulation of the United Nations since January 2023 and has held the role of French Language Facilitator at the Brown University Center for Languages Studies since November 2021. As the Political Economy Panel Director for the Brown China Summit since October 2022 and Outreach Coordinator for the Brown Chinese Students and Scholars Association since September 2022, Haotian is actively engaged in various leadership roles. Previously, Haotian worked as a Communications Intern at BMW China from December 2022 to January 2023 and was a Committee Chair for the Brown University Simulation of the United Nations from May 2022 to November 2022. Haotian is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Economics at Brown University, expected to graduate in 2025, and participated in a Summer Program in Political Science and Government at Stanford University in 2020.
