Harriet Wald has over two decades of experience in the publishing and education sectors, currently serving as Senior Director of the Achieve Platform at Macmillan Learning since January 2011. Harriet's career at Macmillan Learning includes roles as Director of Product Development and Director of Product Analytics. Prior to this, Harriet worked at Bedford/St. Martin's from October 1999 to January 2011, where positions included Executive Media Editor, Senior Media Editor, and Editorial Assistant, among others. Harriet holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from the University of Chicago.
