Chris Poirier-Rocha is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various hotel and restaurant settings. Currently serving as Outlet Chef and Banquet Chef at Brookstreet Hotel since August 2010, Chris has honed skills in managing a large quantity kitchen within a 4 diamond property. Previous roles include Sous Chef at The Yellowknife Inn, where responsibilities encompassed breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, as well as experience at Chimo Hotel, Les Traiteurs Bytown Catering, and Kingsway Arms Aurora. Chris's culinary education was completed at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, earning a degree in Culinary Management and Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
