Jenn Taylor currently serves as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Broadcom, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Jenn was a Strategic Customer Success Manager at VMware from October 2021 to November 2023, and served as a Customer Success Manager at both VMware and Netreo, where customer success was a key focus following the acquisition of Stackify in April 2021. Jenn's earlier experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager at Stackify, a Business Development Executive at Sogeti, and a Technology Sales Executive at NetStandard, Inc. Jenn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and International Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
