Nicola Dawson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product ownership, business analysis, and project management, primarily within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Product Owner and Scrum Master at British Gas since October 2020, Nicola has effectively led scrum teams to enhance customer journeys and has coached stakeholders on Agile methodologies. Prior experience includes roles at Centrica, where Nicola delivered multiple projects through varying methodologies, managed sizeable change plans, and championed mental wellbeing and diversity initiatives. Nicola has also held senior positions in business analysis and project management across several companies, contributing to strategic projects such as cloud governance and performance management.
