Victor Roberts has extensive experience with Piedmont Natural Gas since November 2006, holding various leadership roles, including Sales Channel/Program Manager, Sales Effectiveness Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. In the current role, Victor is responsible for developing and deploying enterprise-wide programs across multiple states to enhance customer growth and retention. As a Sales Effectiveness Manager, Victor focused on improving the sales organization's performance through enhanced management processes. Previously, as a Regional Sales Manager, Victor provided leadership and established expectations for sales performance while facilitating communication across departments. Victor's earlier role as Residential Markets Manager at Piedmont Natural Gas spanned from 2004 to 2006. Victor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Catawba College.
