Ganesh Balaji S P is an accomplished data engineering professional with extensive experience in data analytics and database management. Currently serving as the Data Engineering Lead at British Gas since June 2024, Ganesh previously held the position of Senior Technical Lead at Upland Software, where responsibilities included leading the Data & Analytics team to deliver an Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Lake, as well as developing the Single Customer View functionality. Prior roles include Senior SQL MSBI Developer at Santander UK, Lead Consultant at iPSL, and Database Management & Tools Specialist at Wipro Infotech. Ganesh holds a Master of Science degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Madurai Kamaraj University.
