Mark Pallister is currently the Head Of Commercial - Short Haul at British Airways Holidays. In this role, Mark is responsible for driving the financial performance of UK, N Africa, and Europe destinations through effective sourcing, pricing, and commercial management. Prior to this, Mark served as the Commercial Manager - UK & Europe at British Airways Holidays, overseeing a significant increase in revenue for packaging holidays out of the UK market to European destinations. Mark also held various roles at Thomas Cook and First Choice, and holds a BA Honours in Accountancy from the University of Exeter.
