Andus Baker possesses extensive experience in the financial services industry, having held multiple senior leadership positions at Fidelity Investments from 1996 to 2017, including roles as Senior Vice President across various domains such as Oversight, Operations, Technology, and Client Management. Baker directed large teams, managed significant assets, and developed strategic plans that drove substantial growth and operational improvements. Currently, Baker serves as a Commercial Boat Captain at Charles Riverboat Company since April 2021 while also working as a Business Advisor and Board Member in a self-employed capacity since July 2017. Baker's academic credentials include an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Drew University, complemented by independent studies in Economics at Trinity College Dublin.
