Wen Huang has extensive work experience in the technology industry, starting in 2000 as a Technical Support Engineer at Poet Software. They then worked as a Technical Account Manager at Yodlee, establishing and managing customer relationships. At Zixxo, Wen served as a Developer, enhancing and managing websites. They then joined Linedata Services as a Product Analyst, providing software support to corporate users. After that, Wen worked at Fortify Software, an HP Company, in various roles including QA Engineer and Principal Technical Support Engineer.

In 2013, Wen joined AlienVault as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, assisting customers with SIEM solutions. They later became a Technical Publication Manager, driving the development and maintenance of official product documentation. Wen was promoted to Director of Technical Publication, supervising geographically disparate technical writers and editors.

Wen moved to AT&T Business in 2018, serving as an Associate Director - Technology. They transformed the Tech Pubs team with Agile methodology and collaborated with Product Management. Wen was also responsible for triaging tickets, defining stories, and prioritizing team backlog as the Product Owner.

Currently, Wen is working at Brinqa as a Senior Technical Project Manager, starting in 2022.

Wen Huang obtained a Master's degree in Biostatistics from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned an MS degree in Molecular Biology from Sun Yat-sen University, where they studied from 1990 to 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Wen Huang has also obtained various certifications. These include "Design Thinking: Implementing the Process," "Learning Google Tag Manager," "Learning Web Analytics," "Securing Your Home Office," "Advanced Google Analytics," "Google Universal Analytics Essential Training (2020)," "Google Analytics Quick Start," "Technical Writing: Reports," "LinkedIn Learning Highlights: Project Management," "Writing with Impact," "Using Questions to Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity," "Cybersecurity Awareness: Security Overview," "Editing and Proofreading Made Simple," and "Internet History, Technology, and Security." Wen Huang also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc.
