Umair Sajid, FCA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in internal audit and finance transformation across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Citi, Umair leads the Global Internal Audit team for the Strategic Ledger program and represents Internal Audit in key governance forums. Previously, Umair held various leadership roles at NatWest Group, Worldpay, American Express, EY, and KPMG Ireland, overseeing audits and assurance services in diverse financial sectors including private banking, wealth management, and financial services. Umair holds an MSc in Business Management from the University of Warwick, a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Warwick Business School, and is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
