Pooja Gupta is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Total Rewards Leader at Brink’s Inc since August 2024, Pooja previously held leadership roles at InfoVision Inc. and Fujitsu Consulting India, where responsibilities included designing comprehensive rewards programs and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Pooja's earlier positions included roles at Atos, India YAMAHA Motor Pvt. Ltd., Luminous Power Technologies, Wire and Wireless India, Religare Wellness Ltd, and Screenex Consultancy, encompassing a range of HR functions such as talent management, employee engagement, and recruitment.
