Laura Alcantara has extensive experience in franchise recruiting and strategic initiatives, currently serving as Sr. Specialist for Global Franchise Recruiting at The Wendy's Company since May 2020, following roles as Specialist and Coordinator in Global Strategic Initiatives. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Development Specialist and Development Coordinator at The Wendy's Company, and as a contractor for restaurant development at Robert Half. Additional experience includes a Sales Assistant position at Delta Galil USA, an intern role at Jia Collection, and teaching English at Sussex Technical High School. Laura began their career as an editorial intern at Whole Foods Magazine. Academically, Laura holds a Master's Degree in Secondary Education from Rutgers Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Rutgers University.
