Brandon M. is an experienced construction manager with a comprehensive background in overseeing and directing construction projects. Currently serving as Area Project Manager at Brightland Homes since January 2022, Brandon M. is responsible for managing project schedules, specifications, budget adherence, quality control, materials purchasing, and training new staff. Prior to this role, Brandon M. worked as Project Manager at Perry Homes from December 2013 to November 2021, managing both Phase One and Phase Two construction operations and ensuring project quality and financial performance. Brandon M. also has a solid foundation in construction management as the Owner/Operator of Martin Homes from October 2001 to December 2013, where responsibilities included cost monitoring, on-site management, and safety inspections.
