Ellie Bryant has a diverse work history spanning different industries. Ellie began their career as a waitress at the White Horse Pub & Restaurant in 2009, where they gained valuable experience in customer service and hospitality. Ellie then worked as a waitress at Moveable Feast ATL, where they served at large-scale events such as weddings and workplace events.

In 2012, Ellie took on the role of a Clerical Officer at West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, where they were responsible for scanning patient records onto the electronic system. This position allowed their to develop skills in autonomous working, perseverance, and confidentiality. Ellie also worked as a Secretary for Consultant Rheumatologists at the same organization, showcasing their organizational skills, time management, and excellent communication abilities.

Ellie went on to work at Red Bull, starting as a Marketing intern while studying at Sheffield University. As part of the Red Bull Wings team, they worked as the face of the brand, interacting with consumers and demonstrating their strong work ethic and organizational skills. Later, they became a Red Bull Festival Activator, where they focused on sales, marketing, and on-premise festival activities.

Recently, Ellie has been working as an Advanced Specialist Speech and Language Therapist at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, they provide swallow and communication assessments across acute wards and works with MNDA and highly specialist medical teams to create advanced care planning pathways. Prior to this, they worked as a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist and a Speech and Language Therapist, both within Addenbrooke's Hospital, where they focused on dysphagia and communication in adults with neurological disorders.
