Simran Bose is a seasoned professional in human resources and learning and development with extensive experience across various global companies. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Medallia since March 2021, Simran previously held the position of Director, HR Business Partner for Medallia's Asia Pacific operations. Prior to Medallia, Simran was a Human Resources Director at Teradata, managing the people agenda for the Asia Pacific, China, and Japan region. Simran's career at IBM spanned over a decade, during which roles included People Success and Change Leader for Global Business Services in ASEAN, overseeing HR programs, and leading recruitment efforts. Simran also contributed as a Senior Managing Consultant in AI-driven transformation programs and as a Senior Consultant providing strategic advice to banking and financial service clients. The professional journey began at Citibank India with various roles in wealth management. Simran Bose holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Xavier Institute of Management and a degree from Utkal University.
