Keith Martineau

Application Support Specialist Team Lead at Bright Horizons

Keith Martineau has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Keith started their career in 1999 as a Book Conversion Editor at netLibrary, where they excelled in text editing and formatting. In 2001, they worked as a Supervisor/Cashier at Sam's Club, showcasing their managerial skills and customer service expertise. Keith then co-founded Team XKalibur, an internet-based video game development company, where they served as the Art Director and successfully pitched game designs to publishing companies. Keith later worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Aero Systems, Inc., PCB Productions, and Atlus U.S.A., Inc., further honing their design skills.

In 2004, Keith joined Summit Training as a Graphic Designer before transitioning to Webroot Software Inc. as a Customer Support representative. At Webroot, they provided technical support for their consumer products, resolving various issues and offering clear solutions to customers. Keith then joined Bright Horizons in 2011, where they held multiple roles. Keith started as a Tier 1 Analyst, handling application support for EdAssist Solutions, and then progressed to become a Senior Analyst. In this role, they managed a team and led process improvement projects to enhance departmental efficiency.

Currently, Keith is working at Bright Horizons as the Application Support Specialist Team Lead. Keith leads a team responsible for supporting client setup and individual account issues, ensuring SLA compliance, workload management, and employee development. Keith also oversees interviewing, hiring, and training of new team members.

Throughout their career, Keith has demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, making him a valuable asset in the organizations they have worked for.

Keith Martineau attended Platt College from 2001 to 2003, where they earned an Associates degree in Advanced Interactive Computer Graphic Design.
