Ellen O'Shea is a Corporate Account Manager at The Institutes, where employment began in March 2005, following a role as Student Advisor. Prior to this, Ellen served as a Corp Customer Relations Specialist at Security Mutual Life Insurance of NY from September 1997 to January 2005, and held the position of Office Manager at AIG Risk Management from March 1989 to August 1990, starting a career as a Risk Analyst. Ellen O'Shea completed a degree at the University at Albany from 1977 to 1981 and graduated from Francis Lewis High School between 1974 and 1977.
