Bridget Griffith

Senior Director Employee Training & Culture Champion at Bright Horizons

Bridget Griffith has over 30 years of work experience. Bridget started their career in 1992 as a Club Sales/Promotion Manager at Yoshida Food Products, where they worked until 1999. From 1999 to 2010, Bridget worked at Knowledge Learning Corporation, initially as a Field Marketing Specialist and later as a Field Marketing Manager. In this role, they supervised a team, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and led marketing strategies for new center acquisitions. Since 2011, Bridget has been working at Bright Horizons, where they held various senior director roles, including Senior Director Marketing Operations and Senior Director Employee Training & Culture Champion.

Bridget Griffith has a strong educational background with a focus on leadership and management. Bridget pursued a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership from City University of Seattle from 2018 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University from 2014 to 2016. In 2012, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Bridget also holds a certification in Speaking Confidently and Effectively from LinkedIn, which they obtained in 2022.
