Joseph Hidalgo, MS, PMP, serves as the Director of Product Management for CRM Servicing & Engagement Solutions at NASCO since July 2024. Prior to this role, Joseph held multiple positions at Molina Healthcare, including Director of Product Management, Lead Product Manager, and Senior Product Manager from January 2021 to July 2024. Joseph's experience also includes serving as Director of Product Management at Change Healthcare from June 2010 to December 2020, where responsibilities involved partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define strategies for revenue growth. Earlier roles included Manager of Business System Analysts at Assurant Solutions and Professional Services Consulting Lead at AAJ Technologies, now OZ Digital Consulting. Joseph holds a Master of Science in Strategic Innovation and Change from the University of Denver (2020-2023) and a Bachelor of International Business from Western Washington University.
