Alvin Bedneau is an accomplished professional in the field of counseling and substance abuse recovery, currently serving as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Central Florida Treatment Centers since July 2023. In addition to this role, Alvin has worked as a Counselor at Bridges International, Inc. since February 2020, and previously held positions as a Case Manager at The Jerry L Demings Center for Recovery & ReEntry and Program Support Supervisor at Bridges of America. From June 2014 to April 2017, Alvin was the Director of Religious Education at St. Eugene Chapel on the Famu Campus, supervising facilitators and engaging students. Earlier experience includes a decade-long role as Program Manager at VIBS, focusing on counseling and staff supervision. Alvin holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Kaplan University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of the Virgin Islands.
