Rich Lemanski has an extensive background in finance and business development, starting with roles at Lehman Brothers in prime brokerage and equity finance. Rich then moved on to Fidelity Capital Markets as Vice President before taking on Managing Director positions at Oakmont Partners and Thompson Square Management. Their experience includes leadership roles in investment management, business development, and sales, with a focus on alternative investments and risk monitoring. Currently, they serve as Director of Business Development at Bridgeport Financial Technology.

Rich Lemanski earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil (Structural) Engineering from Manhattan College in 1987. Rich later pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, graduating in 1996. Rich also holds a Series 7 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
