Shannon Hogendorn has extensive experience in financial services, serving in various leadership roles at Voya Financial since July 2007, including AVP and COO of Voya Financial Advisors, AVP of Account Services, Director of Operations, Brokerage Services Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Manager of Distributor Services Compliance. Prior to Voya Financial, Shannon held the position of Manager of Mutual Fund and Annuity Operations at PrimeVest Financial Services from September 2003 to July 2007, and worked as a Process Consultant at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. from January 1999 to September 2003.
