Mike Dillon has over 20 years of professional experience in sales and marketing, starting in 2001 as a Consultant. In 2002, they became the CEO of Reliable Delivery, a furniture delivery service in Southern California. In 2009, they became a Partner at Golfits.com, and in 2013, they became Co-Founder of Align-A-Shot and a Representative at Mayfair Brands Ltd. In 2014, they took on the role of V.P. of Business Development Business Banking at Wells Fargo, and in 2016 they became an Enterprise Account Manager at NinjaCat. In 2019, they were a Consultant at Zeustra and an Account Manager at Atraxia. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Account Executive at Bridgify Software for Bridge Legal, where they focus on building technology bridges between individuals and lawyers.

Mike Dillon obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in CIS from James Madison University between 1998 and 2001. In November 2016, they obtained a Google AdWords Certified certification from Google.
