Siavash started their career at Santa Clara County in 1999 as a Student Group Leader, where they gained valuable leadership skills. In 2002, they worked as a Traffic Engineering & Field Ops Student Worker at the County of San Diego.

In 2005, Siavash joined Sony Online Entertainment as a German Customer Service Specialist for a brief period. Later that year, they worked as a Software QA Engineer at Alignent Software Inc.
