Lauren Fruga has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having worked at BrickTop's Restaurant since May 2007. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager, Lauren has previously held roles as Restaurant Manager and Corporate Trainer, while also contributing as a bartender and server. Lauren's career at BrickTop's has evolved through various positions, including restaurant management and training roles. Educationally, Lauren attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2005 to 2008 and pursued further studies at Lambuth University in 2008-2009.
