Alfie Close is currently a Graduate Valuer at Christie & Co, where responsibilities include assisting in the valuations of operational real estate properties within the Medical and Hospitality sectors, while training for the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence to become a Chartered Surveyor. Previously, Alfie worked as a B2C Sales Advisor at Clearanswer Call Centres, focusing on sales and customer retention for BT, and successfully exceeding sales targets during challenging times due to Covid-19. Prior experience includes serving as a European Student Representative for NUCO Travel, overseeing logistics for students' transport across Europe, enhancing organizational and leadership skills while building a professional network. Alfie holds an MSc in Real Estate from Heriot-Watt University and an undergraduate degree in Law with Business Management from the University of Hull, complemented by A Levels in Mathematics, Law, and History from The College of Richard Collyer.
