Rachel Berry is an experienced Quality Control Manager and Sensory Lead at BrewDog, where responsibilities include leading sensory and descriptive profile panels, training sensory panelists, analyzing sensory data for product improvement, and collaborating with Microbiological, Analytical, and R&D Teams. Rachel also has prior experience as a Quality Lab Technician and Modular Systems Administrator at Swire Oilfield Services. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Neuroscience from the University of Glasgow, attained between 2007 and 2011.
