Julien Gauthier has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 with an internship at Agrati Group where they worked at the packaging station. In 2015, they completed an engineering internship at AUCHANDIRECT, where they focused on the study and realization of a palletizing post.
From 2017 to 2018, Julien worked as a Project Development Engineer at Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers, where they developed an optic solution for a spooling post.
In 2018, they joined numberly (1000mercis Group), starting as a CRM Assistant Project Manager, responsible for production management of customer emailing and SMS campaigns, as well as data flow implementation and monitoring. Julien then moved on to become a CRM Project Manager, implementing technical processes and managing stakeholders for CRM campaigns. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Data Project Manager, focusing on tags implementation, data analysis, campaign tracking, and automated reporting.
In 2020, Julien joined askR.ai as a Customer Success Engineer, a role they held until 2021.
Currently, in 2022, they are a Team Lead Customer Success Engineer at Brevo, leading a team in providing customer success support.
Julien Gauthier obtained a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers in 2018. In 2016-2017, they pursued Mechanical Engineering courses at Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Before that, they completed their Baccalauréat from Institution Libre de Marcq-En-Baroeul in 2013. Additionally, Julien holds certifications in Growth Marketing from Growth Tribe and FIRST from Cambridge Assessment.
